Registration is closed.

The conference registration fee is $295.00, which includes an opening reception on Monday night, continental breakfasts and full lunch on Tuesday as well as continuous (i.e., ALL DAY) coffee/snacks/refreshments.

* This is a small interactive conference with only 200 registrations, so space is limited. Registration will close once capacity is reached or by April 24, 2015.

Cancellation and “no show” Policy
Many of the expenses for the conference are incurred months in advance of the actual conference date. If you must request a refund, email Matt Urey at Registrations canceled by April 3, 2015 will be assessed a cancellation fee of $75.00, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellations made after this date and “no shows” are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason.
